Ministry of Industry and Commerce
Where should I start cause I dont want to make it long, all these years the big fish were happy growing their business without any problems with very low cost to renew CR's ect, there were no hidden fee's that effected them. Suddenly when small normal Bahraini's who wanted to depend on themselves and open a small business to grow all the funny rules and prices got high and everything got so complicated to even open a small shop? and the process to open a Barber shop is harder then opening a car dealership or a shopping mall. whats worst is that when you decide to transfer the name to another owner a brother for example you have to go into a harder and longer process and I have al the documents , txt msgs & emails to prove it.
If I am wrong please correct me, how is it fair to make the cost of a CR for a small barber shop , a small cold store, or a shop for tea and coffee similar to a huge super market or a car dealership or a 5 star brand name coffee shop? and beside that you get someone coming to check your small shop every now and then to try and find an issue to make you pay a Bentley, while no one comes close to the big fishs?
Ok last point which is a real story that happened to me ( without mentioning names but I am sure you will know the company name by yourself ) lately in Bahrain food ordering applications got so handy and helpful cause its suppose to make your life easier, And a huge thank you to Ministry of Industry and Commerce for dedicating a complains hotline incase anyone has an issue with any type of business.
As a customer we all have rights, so if you pay for a service or an item no matter what it is you must get it right? as per the picture, or description & of course the main thing ( time of delivery ) whats so funny is that I had a few fights with one of these delivery companies who has the live chat only as a show and the call center is in a different country with people trained to delay you as much as they can until your food arrives and then say sorry sir, so I had enough and thought or writing the complain to the Ministry and whats so funny I got a reply saying its the rules of that company ( delivery time is out of their control ) cause of traffic so we can as the Ministry cant do anything about i? excuse me ? Ok me as a customer why do I pay a delivery fee to get something in 60 minutes and I get it after 85 or 90 minutes ? while the delivery company take their share and the restaurant take their money and I didnt get the service I paid for? and when I sent this reply and told the employee of the Ministry so If I open the same CR and just keep a software with an auto reply no one can sue me? I got a reply saying you can easily apply for such business activity :)
So who wants to be my business partner ??
