The Ministry of Health adopts rules for the control of monkey pox W6

With the newly adopted Ordinance No. H-5 of November 29, 2022, the conditions and procedure for carrying out diagnosis, prevention and control of monkey pox are determined. The order for carrying out isolation, the order for carrying out quarantine, including contact persons, as well as the order by which contact persons are determined, are regulated by the same.

Diagnosis of monkey pox is made by demonstrating the nucleic acid of the virus in a sample. Ordinance No. H-5 of November 29, 2022 on the conditions and procedures for conducting diagnosis, prevention and control of monkey pox also stipulates that the sick should not leave home, except in case of necessity.
