Reputational risks management require a company-wide ,agile approach. Such an approach enables avoiding kneejerk responses. Further it allows for a collective ,intimate buy-in and through that you avoid creating silos as well as a them-and-us mentality. Through that you become able to manage burnouts and toxicity.
