Minimum tax rate for large multinational companies: we have no choice but to accept. Unfortunately.

In my monthly column ??Switzerland Inc.?? for the Swiss business newspaper l’Agefi, I highlighted all the negative aspects of the 15% minimum tax rate applicable to multinational companies with global sales above EUR 750 million.

However, in Switzerland, on the occasion of the vote in June 2023, we have no choice but to accept this new international regulation.
