Miniature Slewing Bearing

As we all know a slewing bearing or slewing ring is a rotational rolling-element bearing that typically supports a heavy but slow-turning or slow-oscillating load, often a horizontal platform such as a conventional crane, a swing yarder, or the wind-facing platform of a horizontal-axis windmill. 

Slewing bearings often use two rows of rolling elements,both for miniature slewing bearing or large size slewing bearing.They often use three race elements, such as an inner ring and two outer ring "halves" that clamp together axially. Slewing bearings are often made with gear teeth integral with the inner or outer race, used to drive the platform relative to the base.

This miniature slewing bearing structure requires a small installation space, and also has the advantages of high rigidity, high load carrying capacity, high rotation precision, etc.; the miniature slewing bearing is applied only in a precision automatic production line, and the simple installation method saves the equipment. Many auxiliary positioning devices reduce the weight of the equipment, save the installation space and reduce the volume of the equipment. The high rotation precision, load capacity and rigidity not only meet the load capacity and accuracy requirements of the equipment, but also reduce the equipment structure. 

This type of small slewing bearing can be applied to medical, food processing, chemical, packaging machinery production lines, beer equipment production lines, automotive system intelligent monitoring production lines, intelligent numerical control equipment,mini excavator, mechanical assist arms and other fields.
