As we all know, the v mixer is a typical blender machine widely used in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food industries, etc. The lab also needs a suitable mixer machine to help it do the sample test. So I want to introduce the YDV series mini V mixer to you.
The volume of the cylinder is 20L, the max. the working volume is around 8-10L, it also adopts the sanitary manual butterfly valve, and the feeding port is easy to upload the material.
The whole machine adopts SS304, we also supply SS316L for your optional. It depends on your material property such as it has corrosive, the SS316L is more suitable for the material.
Working principle
The main body of the mixer is made of double-cylinder V-shaped welding, the inlet is a quick locking device, and the outlet is a manual butterfly valve, which is easy and quick to operate.
The fixed forced stirring shaft is made of sanitary stainless steel seamless steel pipe, and the main body is fixed on the top of the sleeve at both ends of the barrel, through the relative movement with the stirring barrel, the material has a forced turning effect to improve the mixing uniformity.
