Mingle with Melissa Event in Charlotte, NC during National Postal Forum 2023

This year during the National Postal Forum in Charlotte, NC, the Melissa team had the pleasure of hosting customers, partners and prospects with our first "Mingling & Mailing with Melissa" event. The intimate, happy hour style event took place at rooftop restaurant and bar Fahrenheit-Charlotte , a few minutes from the conference venue - the Charlotte Convention Ctr .

Our event space, the Garden Patio at Fahrenheit, featured incredible panoramic city views, a vibrant atmosphere and delicious drinks & bites.

Upon arrival, guests were checked in and encouraged to participate in a scavenger hunt called "The Quest to Mailing Success", which unveiled our address expert Addy! To complete the scavenger hunt card, guests scanned QR codes at different table stations to find the keywords to fill in on their card. Once completed, the cards were turned in as a raffle entry. Extra raffle entries were given to attendees that visited Roxanne Johnson & Eric Hossenlopp at the Melissa booth on the expo floor during NPF.

Through scanning the QR codes, our address expert Addy took our attendees through common mailing obstacles, and how they could be overcome with Melissa solutions.

Through the scavenger hunt, Holly H. felt she was able to learn about Melissa with this fun and engaging activity that also gave her something to do during the event.

The raffle prizes included a Galaxy tablet, earbuds and an Amazon gift card. Guests left with a goody bag filled with Melissa swag as well as fun memories and photos from the event. We had a wonderful time meeting and connecting with everyone, and hope to be able to host another Mingle with Melissa event soon!
