?RFI is proud and excited?to announce our ability to accept inground assets (mines) for monetization and trade from any country in the world. To be clear this includes all of Africa and Venezuela.?

This program has been years in the making and is?exclusive to RFI.?

Procedure below.?

????????????Client must have current NI 43101 and or JORC 12?

????????????Broker or client submits the NI 43101 and or JORC12

????????????The document is reviewed to ensure the report conforms with the standard.?

????????????Client will be issued an NCNDA, which he signs.?

????????????Client is invited to a video call, this must be with the principal, and the basis of the program is discussed face to face.?

????????????From there a very specific KYC for mining is issued to the principal to complete.?

????????????KYC is lodged with RFI

????????????Client is issued a consultancy agreement from RFI. This document outlines what is expected from the client to enter trade.

????????????At the same time the client is issued a Joint venture Agreement?

????????????Documents are signed by the principal and sent back to RFI

????????????Completed documents submitted to the Monetizers for the issuance of a Letter of Intent. This is signed and countersigned

????????????Asset Management Agreement / Trade documents are completed and issued; this document is notarized by all parties.?

LVR will vary from 40% to 78% depending on the level of exploration completed. ROI 100%?of the LVR per month for up to ten years. Less Fees to monetizers, RFI and?Intermediaries. There is an Advance of 3.6% Paid to the client 72 hours after the completed monetization process to enter trade.

What brokers and clients need to understand is that once all documents are completed there is a very specific process of financial engineering that takes place. This Financial engineering involves one of the oldest and most experienced specialist financial attorneys that will create the ability for the mine to be leveraged. How this is done will be discussed with the principal. However, as you can understand this work by attorneys is not done for free. It will involve Attorneys, Private Bankers' bank documentation, and bank registration.

The fee for this is circa $350,000.?

What is pleasing is the Monetizers will issue a Corporate Payment Guarantee Letter (CPGL) against the fees, this means if they are unable to produce the financial instruments required to monetize and take to trade, the client/principal is guaranteed to get their 350K Back.?

The writer of the Ni 43101 and JORC 12, (Geologist) is an integral part of this process, they have to be available for phone calls and email to verify the reports they make. Each individual Geologist will have to take a call from Reign. I cannot underestimate the importance of the geologist in this process. The geologist being accessible and confirming their reports is what will get the application through compliance.?
