Minecraft Coexist

I believe very sincerely that, with educational video games, we can make peace. For example, we can learn about Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, and more religious and spiritual traditions. Ideally I would like educational video games to become teaching tools, used to help increase tolerance and cultural diversity in our world.

The purpose of this project is to research how educational video games can be used to advance the idea of coexistence. For example, here are some Minecraft images with information about geography, culture, and architecture from various religious and spiritual traditions.

In that sense, educational video games can be used to learn about the world's cultures. For instance, educational video games can teach about the world's diverse cultures with games about geography, languages, architecture, and more.

For this research I have studied the architecture, which has been created by the Minecraft players. On top of these images, I have added my written text and phrases with an explanation for educational purposes. In other words I have researched what the Minecraft players have created, and I have created educational memes.

To achieve the concept of "coexist" between the world's cultures and religions, I propose the teaching of the following subjects via educational video games:

1. People and places, including geography.

2. Knowledge, including languages and vocabulary terms.

3. Stories, including architecture, art history, and cultures.

Essentially my idea of communication games involves educational video games which teach about geography, languages, and culture.

First, I will conduct research about these games. Also with that research, I am concerned with the issues of cyberbullying and online hate. Ideally these educational videos will provide positive online content instead of the negative cyberbullying and online hate. Second, we will create the educational video games. But first I need help with the research project.
