1、 Introduction to disc brake device
The disc brake is a new high-performance brake with a rear mounted oil cylinder structure, which is the trend direction of brake development today. It has the following advantages: small size, light weight, small inertia, fast action, good adjustability, high reliability, high universality, simple foundation, and convenient adjustment and maintenance. This brake can be used for various machinery such as mine hoists, belt conveyors, aerial ropeways, ship lifts, etc. Its drive and control are completed by a separate hydraulic station.
2、 Schematic diagram of disc brake device structure
As shown in Figure 1, the disc brake device consists of a disc brake (1), a bracket (2), bolts (4, 5), etc. The disc brake (2) is paired with bolts (4, 5) to the bracket, and each bracket can be simultaneously installed with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, pairs, or even more.
The disc brake consists of brake shoes (8), lining plates (9), butterfly springs (10), hydraulic components (11), connecting bolts (13), sealing rings (12), brake bodies (14), etc.
3、 Working principle of disc brake device
The disc brake is released by the pressure oil provided by the hydraulic station, and is braked by the customized disc spring force.
When the oil chamber Y is pressurized, the disc spring is compressed. As the oil pressure P increases, the disc spring group is compressed and stores spring force. The greater the spring force, the greater the gap between the brake shoe and the brake disc. At this point, the disc brake is in a released state. Adjust the brake shoe clearance to б 1 is 1mm. When the oil pressure P decreases, the spring force is released, pushing the lining brake shoe and moving towards the brake disc. When the brake shoe clearance is б When 1 is 0mm, the spring force F acts on the brake shoe and generates positive pressure. As the oil pressure P decreases, the positive pressure increases. When the oil pressure P is 0, the maximum positive pressure N is Nmax. Under the force of N, the maximum friction force between the brake shoe and the brake disc is the maximum braking force. 12. The oil leakage circuit of the brake device adopts high-precision cold drawn pipes, and each oil circuit is equipped with a separate transparent oil collection device, which is convenient for on-site observation of the leakage situation of each brake body.
