This MindSpa, I did for a client to help her relax, feel better, and access mental spaciousness. She had walked into my MindSpaStudio, very stressed - appraisals were happening at work and her mind was cluttered.
The more relaxed and present we can be during periods of stress, the more we can listen to our inner guidance system, make better decisions, and respond with compassion and cohesiveness. The intention as always is to consciously choose coherence...
The best time to listen to this MindSpa is before you go to sleep at night. Even if you fall asleep while listening to it, please do not stress. It is just that it passed your threshold of consciousness. As you practice listening, your consciousness levels will increase and you will be able to listen to more of it.
The two ways you can listen to the MIndSpa is
1. Sit down with your feet flat on the ground and arms placed on your lap or
2. Lie down with your arms on your side.
Do what works for you. Next close your eyes. And then focus your attention on my words...
If your mind wanders during the MindSpa, simply bring your attention back to my words.
