·??????Confident and an active problem-solver.?You know that you can handle anything that comes your way, and you are not letting your fear hold you back.
·??????Courageous, get results, and make a difference for yourself and others. ?You back yourself and your decision-making abilities, often advocating for yourself and the needs of others.
·??????Creative—innovating and imagining the possibilities of a better future.?You cope coping with and change what is broken, inefficient, or unjust.
·??????Celebrate the transformation, evolution, and impact. ??You advance yourself and other by reflecting, reframing, revisioning, and leveraging your results.?You know how you are unique and different, and you know the difference that you make in the world.?You are a power for good.
