Why do we dread Mondays and love Fridays?

It's all in our mindset. We tend to associate Fridays with the possibilities of relaxation, freedom, flexibility, and excitement. But the truth is, we can have these feelings any day of the week. It's all about training our minds to approach each day with a positive attitude. So let's shift our mindset and make every day feel like a Friday.

3 Ways to Turn Monday into a Funday?

1. Schedule Happiness??

I know scheduling can sound so boring, spontaneity creates a sense of fun and adventure, but the truth is, if you don’t plan for it, it usually doesn’t happen. Add something you love to do into your morning routine. If your schedule doesn’t allow for it, add it to your day or evening. Studies show that starting your day right can set the tone for your entire day. Likewise, having something to look forward to is a great way to shift energy.?

2. Break a Sweat???? ???

Exercise is an amazing mood booster, and science agrees. You might need a little motivation to get moving, press play, or head to the gym, but you’ll love the energy you feel. Even just 15 minutes can give you a boost in mood according to a Sanford University study.?

3. Dress to Impress????

And… when I say impress, I mean you. Wear something that you feel you’re most confident in. When you look good, you feel good. It’s an amazing positive feedback loop. Each time you admire yourself in the mirror research says you are reinforcing positive self-belief and self-esteem.
