8 年Great article dear Mr Stefan. It's true even in Indian corporate and government organisations. Mindset is actually more self created and gets stronger when one stops using his/her own mind to reason out the problems and finding solutions. The more one depends on others directions only, mindset takes front seat and performance gets ruined. 8 年Yes I totally agree Stefan, this is one of the key areas of loss of earning I have found in the M.E. region with most large corporation. With disengaged staff and or management then no new road-map or business plan is going to work.
