Mindset is everything!

Mindset is everything!

How we choose to handle a situation is probably the most crucial factor in how our lives will turn out.

The reality is that every day we usually have to deal with some kind of negative event, and we have little control over how they unfold.

But what we can control is our mindset. We are able to take all positive and negative events and turn them around.

It’s all about training the mind to find the positive in everything and finding the things in each situation that will make us satisfied.

"Life is hard when you live it the easy way, life is easy when you live it the hard way"

Personal growth happens outside of the comfort zone; the moment when you strive to achieve your personal goals.

This usually means you need to push yourself beyond what’s comfortable for you.In the middle of a stressful day, everyone thinks about how they’d rather be lying on a beach and reading a good book.

But when you’re focused on a long term goal, you have to keep working through the stress. And think about it: it's so much more delicious to relax properly after you’ve worked hard to deserve it.

Stop and reflect

Where are you in life right now? Are you satisfied with your current situation?

If yes, then you really only need to keep reflecting on what makes you happy and how you’ve achieved it so far.

Write it down and keep doing the same thing, you're on the right track. However, if you are not completely satisfied, it’s very important that you are honest with yourself.

Write down what you’re not happy with and look at what you’re doing to cause that. More importantly, write down what you can to do change your circumstances.

I recommend creating a priority system above this list, and then taking each priority one at a time, in order of how important they are to you.

A large part of the reason that challenges grow in line with other negative feelings is because many of us tend to push away things that are hard or different.

But it’s important to shed light on things that we need to change and really look at how it’s affecting the big picture- our life and our happiness.

The brain is the most important "muscle"

In contrast to the lungs, the heart, the liver and many other organs, the brain does not tire out the same way.

The brain actually becomes better with years of exercise. In today's very visual society, it seems like the focus is more on body than soul.

And while I'm very well trained physically, the most important thing for me is to use my brain to keep learning.

I want to be a source of good information for you that will make you better: both in body and mind. It creates a far better feeling for me to help you find that balance.

It's not about how we have it, but what we make it

The only thing we really control is our own experience, how we interpret what's going on.

And if we choose to look at all events as an opportunity to show strength, character, and accomplishment, then we are as well equipped for life as we can be.

There will be a lot of negative things, but without the negative we would not have a natural counterpart to the positive, and the positive loses its meaning without the negative.

There is a continuous duality throughout the universe; for every war there must be peace, for hate there must be love.

So even the most seemingly hopeless situation may potentially be the best thing to happen, because it makes you become what you are today or in your future.

What we give to others, we often get back.

When I say that, I simply mean that if you are accommodating, nice, positive, welcoming, helpful and genuine, then life will reward you.

People tend to give back to you what they get from you.

You have the choice in how you will treat people. You choose if you smile and say hi to the person who’s working at the kiosk where you buy your coffee or if you are instead cold and impersonal.

A friendly smile and a hello or have a nice day can make a huge difference both for you and the person you talk to. In today’s busy world we say very little when we meet as two strangers.

So with this information, it up to you to make a choice: will I be the positive, inspiring and engaging person I want to be? Yes! Then you go out and make choices to do just that.

This is where mindset is everything!

Super fin artikel. Mange tak for at dele Ken ??

Veldig bra artikkel Ken! Takk for at du deler! :) Ha en fin dag! :)

Det ?r verkligen en sanning! D?rf?r finns det alltid m?jlighet till sp?nnande utveckling. Min gamla mamma sa alltid, det ?r inte hur man har det utan hur man tar det.
