Mindfulness: What Is Mindfulness & How Do You Harness This Trait?

For many times, I didn’t let my inner convictions get the attention they deserved & wilfully chose a passive attitude towards the importance of the inner individual & the result was: stagnancy. As has been said by many influential people, ‘You give what you get & get what you give’, which I am sure you would’ve heard these phrases some time yourself. The bottom outcome of not possessing the hunger to have a mindset that triggers growth & empowers you to thrive is a life not worth living. This is where having mindfulness comes in our aid to elevate any negative situation & turn it around. There is just one important denominator that enables us to break out of whatever negativity we are going through & that is: knowing your expectations & being honest with the black & whites that life deals you. Being accurate on these key assessments is what is going to decide whether your circumstances, whether lived in success or lack, will result in the way that is parallel to what you have ambitioned for.

So, what exactly is mindfulness & how do we acquire this important trait? Mindfulness is sourced from our inward individual & how well we are to shape our metaphysical design which is derived both from spiritual & physical health. This is what decides the strengths made available for us to harness to take on board & use for our application. The natural mindstate (whether positive or negative), is primarily fallen at first without you knowing it. A lot of people can relate this to having ‘birth pains’ that a positive mindset isn’t automatically inherited. The natural world isn’t something to be understood without a metaphysical anchor. More so, is that, there is no metaphysic strength without a spiritual drawing board. Once you develop spiritual anchors that apply accurately to your current mindset & mental position, you will find a higher energetic charge that will manifest itself outward not just in the physical but also on your outward projection & worldview. This can yield to a rewarding energetic return 

Of what negative opinions you may have shaped in the back of your mind regarding whatever situations you are needing solutions for, there is no mindset or mindfulness that would solve the problem overnight. Sadly, that’s just universal truth. Like the saying goes, ‘Rome wasn’t built in a day’. Just like every big repair problem, key assessments are what decides whether the remedy applies & is conducive to providing the solutions needed. So, you will need to ascertain what comes first priority & break down the steps most relevant to the results & outcomes you want to achieve. Draw from the spiritual by channeling on the corner of your utopia, if needed, pray & meditate. This is where metaphysical strengths are shaped & derived from & will most assuredly also develop a better mindset & inevitably resulting into this zen we are all looking for. Which is mindfulness.

Wonderful article on mindfulness, Paulo Yarisantos. When we include this in our everyday life it opens us up to a greater sense of awareness of all that is going on around us. Having greater awareness can also help a person become more intentional with their words, thoughts, and actions. I am strong believer in God's ability to help me not only become more mindful but in also helping me "...do all things through he who strengthens me." Again, wonderful article. ????
