Mindfulness is a super power

This funky video gives some great tips on developing mindfulness in your daily life. Its harder than it looks, but also easier than you think. Once you become aware of your emotions you can respond to a situation rather than reacting emotionally. Practice doesn’t make perfect overnight, but it’s fun to keep practicing and observing your progress.
