Even when we are successful, it is important to step back and remind ourselves that accountability is necessary for growth, especially SALES GROWTH! To reduce the anxiety, stress, and uncertainty connected with change, we need to learn to anticipate it and accept that accountability is inevitable in life. Rather than being caught off guard, we can use positive thoughts to affirm the value, opportunities, and benefits that our own potential can bring. Then when change does occur, and it will, we will be prepared and able to adapt to it. As a result, anxiety and stress will decline as cooperation and positivity increase. Opportunities that change brings become visible and desirable. Yes, change can present opportunities for growth! You hold the remote control to control change and whether it moves you forward or sets you back.

The beauty of being human is that we can make choices. Those choices can determine our success and even our failures. In all my years of practicing mental conditioning techniques, I am still benefiting from them daily. Once you experience this ongoing heightened awareness, you will develop your own understanding and personal growth. This doesn't happen overnight. It happens with daily repetition and reinforcement. I have always felt that an understanding of mindset conditioning, mindfulness, and even meditation does not require academic instruction, and it doesn’t need to feel like textbook training.
