I invite you to observe the sensations associated with walking.
You can walk around the house, although I think it will be more enjoyable in the forest, where you can immerse yourself in the soothing environment of nature.
Begin the practice by focusing your awareness on your feet and legs.
Maintain a pace slower than your everyday walking.
