Take an Awe Walk
Recent studies show that heading out on an Awe Walk where you look for things that inspire wonder and evoke feelings of awe can increase well-being and happiness.
Awe doesn’t just have to be reserved for taking in the vista of the Grand Canyon or reaching an epic peak, it’s in everyday nature, art, music, and collective action.
So consider this your invitation to get outside at least once this week for a 10-15 Awe Walk and simply notice! It’s the perfect Pause to reset and rejuvenate.
