Mindful Moments of the Week #3

Here are this weeks set of guided mindfulness practices (mostly meditations). Each has a specific theme and narrative surrounding them

Monday - You Can Handle This - I attended #[IamRemarkable]  not too long ago where the majority of people said they didn't believe in themselves. Seriously, you have got this! Whatever is going on, you will come through it. This practice focuses on the mental stimulation we often need to push through our challenges

Tuesday - Smiling - How often do you smile? How does it make you feel? In this practice, we explore how the simple act of smiling may help to change our mood and outlook

Wednesday - Space for Feeling - How often do you give yourself space to think about and feel the emotions you are experiencing? Our emotions can tell us a lot about our experiences and so lets take the time to explore them a little

Thursday - Resting the Mind - In this exercise, we explore the breath as a mechanism to rest the mind away from the all worries or concerns going on in our life. Why not take a few minutes to explore the impact focusing on your breath may have on your day?

Friday - Energising the Mind - Here we perform a short practice on how we may energize ourselves when we are feeling drowsy or sleepy by focusing deeply and intently on the breath
