How often do you drive to work and you don't even know how you got there?

Lost in thought and mindless at times. Am I right?
Many (if not most) people in our work environments are on autopilot. When I worked in the corporate world I was one of them.?
It was always go, go, go and rush, rush, rush. All the time. There was no time to reflect and to learn how to do things possibly better and more effectively.?
Manufacturing Groundhog Day over and over again.
Please be aware that every difficult situation and every person who thinks and acts differently than you, will offer an incredible opportunity?to learn and to grow.?
Literally, every person who crosses your path can be your teacher. You learn whose attributes you truly admire but you also learn how you don’t want to be.?
We all have a responsibility to grow.
If you are unwilling to grow, you choose “sameness”, and stress, worry and little frustrations can take over your life.
