The Mindful IT Manager of Tomorrow

Last week I got to represent?Kyndryl?Collaborative Poland ???? yet another year at one of the greatest conferences in the World ??, the "IT Manager of Tomorrow (ITMT)," in Gdynia, Poland ?? ??? organized by?Let's Manage IT. It is the largest IT Manager Conference in Europe ??.

Day 1?? I got to lead a Gear-Up workshop for two dozen biz leaders on, "Mental Health for the IT Manager and Team." ?? Where we covered the importance of Mental Health and how it begins with self then team and your ability to pay attention and recognize the signs and how to respond skillfully accordingly. Moreover, I got to spend?lunch with the?Kyndryl?team Wojciech Buszko , Adrian Zarzecki and Nikolas Lisiecki , later hand with the speakers, explore the venue and enjoy the evening boat cruise.

Day 2?? I spent the day listening to the speakers (the one about the social impact of A.I really drove the message home for me), taking some Kyndryl team meetings ??, moderating, "Meet the Speakers" with British former F1 race car driver ??, David Coulthard ?and Co-Founder and CTO,?David Carvalh?o???. And enjoying the ?? night time festivities ??. Oh and I donated to https://www.dkms.pl/, auctioned a flight around the seaside with the one and only Bartosz Kozakiewicz and signed up as a bone marrow donor. I also got to witness a family of wild boars ?? making it's way along the seaside.

Day 3?? I got to present on one of the biggest stages in Poland a Lightening Talk on "Doing vs. Being." ?? Where we even did a mini mindful break. And I got to moderate a discussion with Top Keynote Speaker and Writer,?Jurgen Appelo.

It was a jam packed 3 days. Emotional, inspirational and mindfully spent. I am looking forward to seeing you all in 2024???
