The Mindful Experiment: 30 Days

Join the Mindful Experiment starting 8/1!


We all hear about the vast benefits of mindfulness, we hear that mindfulness can make you happier, more productive, more joyful, have a better immune system, it helps you to sleep better, have better relationships with your loved ones and co-workers. Mindfulness is also proven to reduce stress, to reduce anxiety, to reduce depression and the list goes on and on.?


Super simple, super fun, this is for you to test the benefits of mindfulness yourself to see if mindfulness can really benefit you in your everyday life. Some take as little as one minute of your time and just a few will take as most as 5-10, maybe 15 minutes for you to complete. This will happen for 30 days, week by week, so four reflections - that's it!?


+ You'll leave a comment to show that you played, that you participated in the experiment.

Because at the end of each week I will put all those names into a literal hat, of whoever participated, day by day. I've got some fun freebies that will be told in time, that you'll receive for participating week by week - but the real win is for you to determine if whatever benefit you're seeking, if mindfulness will help you get there, achieve it, embody it.?
