Mind is a wishing tree!

Our mind is a very powerful tool and we must learn to use it in the healthiest or positive way so it can benefit us as well as those around us.

  • Live in the moment: when we think/worry about the past or future, we cannot enjoy or be grateful for what we have in the moment.
  • Organize and manage the mind: we need to learn to express our emotions, intellectual abilities, skills and knowledge effectively

Components of mind

  • Memory: memories can be both a blessing and a curse as it has our most treasured moments as well as bitter ones but we need to cherish the good memories and deal with the bitter ones by getting to its roots and resolving them so it will lighten it up. We cannot erase our bad memories no matter what but we can deal with the roots of the problem, change it or manage it so it won’t bother us anymore.
  • Intellect: Intellectual abilities are necessary however we must learn to use them in a productive and healthy manner
  • Ego:? wisdom: we can achieve the highest level of self-awareness and awareness of our surroundings so we can function better. Meditation and breathing exercises can contribute greatly to a healthy lifestyle.

We must remember that mind management is the ability to handle emotions, thoughts and behavior of ourselves and deal effectively with the struggles of life. Energy management is the ability to know what requires your attention and efforts and what doesn’t. We shouldn't waste time worrying about things we can not control, rather focus on ourselves and things we can control and be productive. Mind management and energy management are important aspects of developing a healthy lifestyle. Finally, we should understand that our mental health is very important and that we ought not ignore it.?
