#stervosharing #MIND - best mid-week day!! Time really passes on quickly.. and how has your week been so far? How are you feeling today? ;)
I believe Some of us are still hopping with excitement over projects that we feel we are contributing, while on the other end, some of us are burned out by mid-week due to some unresolved issues... while the rest of us, ie 90% , really do not notice how we are feeling most of the time until we are thrown to some extreme end of either pain or pleasure. Only then, we awakened to our senses.....
Which brings to today's sharing - Feeling Good about ourselves. Lets break it down to - How do we 'Feel' and What does it means to be 'Good'?
For humans to 'Feel'around our envitonment, we are totally dependent on our physical senses - ie - sight (eyes), smell (nose), sound (ears), taste (tongue), skin (body). And all these senses work 24x7 since we were born as they tell our brain the pain and pleasure of things around us , so that we can maneuvere around living our life on earth - These are our 'Feelers' on the external to help us live life...
In order to Feel Good, it must come from our internal then. It has to be affective enough to change who we are and intrinsic enough to impact rest of our lives... Here, we do not really have any organ or sensory part that we can defined in any form or shape... this aspect is called - MIND. Our MIND is so powerful that it controls most of us all the time. The question will be - where does MIND resides in us? It actually encompasses us wholly. Meaning, our parts from fingers to hair to toes belongs to our MIND... of course, it is argueable to say that Our MIND doesnt reside in our Brain. Our Brain is just like an Engine for our Body systems, managing our body so that we all can be functional on earth.. ;) we can spend hours exploring in this subject, so lets move on from this level of understanding......
Since we established that 'Feeling Good' is from internal being transmuting outwardly.... this would mean that we have a CHOICE or CONTROL on how we feel everyday. Since we can make CHOICES in life, it also means our MIND is very well aware of what we are capable of - Making Choices. So, let us start taking the most crucial yet minimal step of Making a Choice of 'Feeling Good' for ourselves everyday... :) By the way, When we feel good , it is not the 'Rah-Rah' expression. It can be serene, quiet, expressive, anything... just be Authentic on how you express yourself when Feeling Good.....
In short, since we make our choice to feel good, and expresses outwardly through our physical senses. By the grace and power of universe, all of us have this unique Power where we can creat a body shield of 'feeling good' - like an immune aura around us. This is a powerful aura as when something or soneone is negative, you will immediately sense it. Hence, you can immediately avoid it.. is this cool or what? :)
No need technology, we are intelligent to manage this. So, start from today- be more Aware of who you are. Then you will be able to make choices in life, and 'Feeling Good' is definitely crucial Choice to begin with.........?
