I believe when it comes to working on any health goals, especially for healthy heart, it is a strong component of Mindset shift that is required as much as the need of effective strategy in healthy eating: various style of diet and excecises.
And many people I speak with, knowing the complications of obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, high stress, potentially costing their life, they are still not able to look at the bigger picture getting stuck in day today grind.
But when the shift happens in their mindset the real progress starts.
