We have the ability to rewire and reshape our brains, the actual anatomical structures and every cell.?
Every thought we have causes neurochemical changes in the brain which affect the brain briefly or lasting. New neural connections are created and more receptors result through repetition.?

We know that thoughts program our brain and the cells in our body.
The question is, does movement influence the mind?
And?how do thoughts and actions interact?
Evidence suggests that our?mind is very susceptible to movement. In every cell of our body, we store experiences – good or bad. Every action will become an experience and stored in our mind and applicable cells.?Cell memory helps us to ride a bike, play sports or even just walk.
Often overlooked in mental training, our mind is very responsive to being reprogrammed through action.

Taking action?tells your mind you are serious about it – whatever it is, business, sports or life.?

For example, in sports, training builds muscle and mental memories. The same applies to business and life, every action, regardless of whether it was successful, creates memories and shapes us.?
To boost this effect, recognize your effort because in this way, your actions tell your mind that this is what matters to you, and you are determined. The positive feedback you give to yourself improves your confidence, rewires your brain and creates success cell memories.
Confidence is the accumulation of positive experiences.
