Objective 1.? Development of high-level aspirational vision of the capabilities and business value to be delivered because of the proposed Enterprise Architecture Objective 2.? Approval of Statement of Architecture Work that defines a program of works to develop and deploy the architecture outlined in the Architecture Vision
What are the guiding principles for?Objective 1 ?? The guiding principles are know as 'Architecture Principles' .?Architecture Principles define the underlying general rules and guidelines for the use and deployment of all IT resources and assets across the enterprise. They reflect a level of consensus among the various elements of the enterprise and form the basis for making future IT decisions.?
The artifacts that are used in the Architecture Vision Phase are outlined below.
Stakeholder Map :??Stakeholder Map is an important artifact to identify the needs, notion and level of engagement of the key players in an architecture development cycle.
Business Strategy Map :? Business Strategy Map provides a cross-organizational reference of how a company meets its strategic priorities in practical terms through goals, value drivers and initiatives. It supplies business context for your architecture work.
Business Model Canvas:??The Business Model Canvas is a key artifact to capture existing and/or new business model on a one-pager.

Statement of Architecture Work :??The Statement of Architecture Work is a deliverable that defines the scope of your architectural work, including roles and responsibilities supporting your architecture definition as well as acceptance criteria.
Capability Assessment :??Enterprise's possibilities to execute on architecture development and final solution roll out.
Solution Context :??The Solution Context artifact shows what is in the current scope of the discussed solution and with which most relevant external actors (systems and personas) the new solution needs to interact with.
Solution Concept :??The Solution Concept artifact may embody key objectives, requirements, and constraints for the engagement and maybe very important actors that the solution in scope needs to interact with (systems/personas).?
