First you must have a purpose.You have to have a reason to move,otherwise it is just movement for the sake of movement.The mind leads,the body follows.

Brad Smith agreed my friend! Being in the moment is what aligns an individual to be a true self or else you are either dwelling in the past or future. Now is what matters because neither we can bring back past or see future. Only be being in the moment you are creating your future.
