A very powerful one.
We often think and operate from a place of disconnect most of our life.
But this is not the truth.
Because mind and body are the part of same system.
Every little dis-ease starts from the mind .
And if we heal our self then it will not manifest to our body.
And if we keep our mind and body is in sync ,so we will not fall sick very often.
We have to learn to work together with mind and body.
What is the mind and body connection??
This is the belief that our attitudes, thoughts and feelings can actually have an impact on our physical wellbeing and health. This connection also works the other way, in that how we treat our body and our physical attributes can influence our mental health. It is the idea that one affects the other, either positively or negatively, and that sometimes physical illness or symptoms can be the outcome of psychological and social factors.

So healthy mind helps to keep body healthy and vice-versa. If we humans learn to keep them in sync then our life is healthy and beautiful.?
