Mind yourself , Mind the gap , Mind your your mouth are but a few phrases that I have heard over the years. But in reality your mind is where it all happens ?? What you think about yourself others , how you act and conduct is all in the mind. Like our computers our mind is constantly taking information processing and storing somewhere and even when we are resting the mind is still at work. So when does the mind fast!!! When do you allow the mind to rest? I have been thinking and researching and found the only time our mind rest is when you meditate. When you bring the mind under your subjections. We now have to start creating positive mindsets as part of our daily living . Many of you are High function trauma individuals. Think like this a computer can still function even if its got sever viruses knowing that when was the last time you cleared you cache??

I know many people will spend £1000s on food ,clothes cosmetics in order to feel good, but whatever you feel on the inside will be representative on the outside. Hence why its important to listen to what you are saying to yourself and what downloads you allowed to be taken in!!! Positive words create a positive environment and a positive environment allows the mind to rest positively.

Mind how you carry yourself as the battle is won in the MIND
