MIMX8M module

The development of a computational kit consisting of a general purpose processor module and interface modules has been completed.

The DSP-based processor module MIMX8MQ6CVAHZAB (NXP) has a:

- DSP chip MIMX8MQ6CVAHZAB (NXP);

- RAM chip LPDDR4 MT53B768M32D4NQ-062;

- memory chip eMMC MTFC16GAKAECN-2M;

- BT chipset LBEH5UL1CX-TEMP;

- power systems, input voltage 6…14V/up to 12W;

- Supports external interfaces:

 - HDMI;

 - USB3;

 - 2x CSI;

 - microSD;

 - M.2 key M, PCIe Gen3 x1 or SATA3;

 - 4x UART.

Dimensions 40x60 mm.

Interface modules connect through a flexible flat cable. There are four types of connection:

- HDMI;

- 2x connectors CSI;

- Combined connector on 4 interfaces UART;

- Combined connector for interfaces USB3,

microSD

and M.2 key M Card.
