MIMOSA: Making the invisible visible.

Big news! We are excited to announce that as of September 26, 2022, we are rebranding with a new logo and colour scheme as part of the ongoing evolution of our company’s brand. We’re releasing an updated brand identity, which includes a new definition of our logo and colours.

Our imaging platform is growing and evolving since we soft launched a year ago, and we felt it is time for a change to match our new growth phase. We have refreshed our logo to reflect who we are today and to symbolize our future. We analyzed our values as an organization and created a brand identity that reflects those values.?

After careful consideration, we chose a new logo that reflects a more modern look and captures our mission to deliver and bring equitable access to imaging technology around the world. The new logo evokes strong feelings of equity, growth and completing the circle. We have a solid foundation in the technology that is now joined by strength in the business. The bloom is only possible because we set a solid foundation, stayed true to our brand identity and vision for our company.?

Building on our existing brand, based on the MIMOSA flower, each petal represents the pathlength of light emitting from a light source. The MIMOSA flower is also the first plant that blooms in the spring and the most sensitive plant in the world. The new flower represents the shift in the technology to multiple light emitting sources and a central capture.

Nevertheless, our startup has undergone a significant transformation in the last 12 months. Our new identity has been designed to satisfy all the existing expectations of what our original mark stands for, while simultaneously moving the brand forward to acknowledge the equitable spirit and the vision of reinventing how clinicians assess and triage persons with vascular issues.?

With this, we aim to present ourselves better such that MIMOSA is front of mind in the equitable delivery of assessment technology, helping clinicians save limbs and lives.
