Theatre Creation as a Powerful Tool to Study Human Behaviour

This workshop explores the dynamic tension—the Spannungsfeld—between professional practice and our experience of life. Making sense of the world has always been at the heart of theatre for me.?

As we immerse ourselves further into the arts world —navigating pitches, competition, and career-building—there’s a risk of losing sight of that original impulse. Of that desire to observe our struggles, our quest for love, and the ways we relate to one another.?

This workshop rekindles this fresh, observational energy. It’s an opportunity to use the arts as a tool to heighten our awareness. Intriguingly, this journey is closely tied to form; as we explore the foundations of movement and space, the stories and themes within us begin to unfold.

Whatever your background or perspective, you are welcome here. I hope this workshop offers a space for exploration and play, leaving you with a renewed sense of creative purpose.
