The Million Dollar Morning Routine

If you want to change your life and increase your earning capacity, change the first hour of your day.


Upleveling your life, performance, and wealth requires:

  1. Health and hormone balance
  2. Intention and time in your own energy


I'm Chelsea - a hormone health practitioner for busy, driven high achievers who want to release weight, feel amazing and kick goals by balancing hormones and fixing gut isses (no endless cardio or fad diets).


I had to master these principles myself. One I did, I swiftly got a promotion, met a partner, and changed my life.


A mornine routine is always an incredible place to start if you have big goals and intentions.


It's not about discipline and white knuckling. It's about alignment and the choice to value self-care.


Here is the exact routine I used to get a promotion in corporate job as a digital director, while scaling a sustainable side hustle as a hormone health practitioner for high performers so I could go full-time with it to help more people.


Starting your day in survival mode with no itention or self care is a fast train to burnout, resentment, and just generally not being where you want to be.


Dailling in your morning routine is what helps my clients transform fast.


Here are the steps.


All you have to do is make it your own and execute.


6am: Wake up without spiking your cortisol!

Wake naturally, or to a wake light

Not being jolted awake by an alarm clock is more important than you think...disrupts sleep cycles and elevates cortisol, leaving you strung out from the moment your eyes open


6:05: Self-care

Shower, brush teeth, AM skincare


6:20: Hydrate

Hot water with lemon & sea salt (hydrates your gut and your brain and kickstarts your morning detoxification process)

High quality greens (check out the fullscript dispensary for the greens I recommend to clients)

High quality probiotic


6:30: Meditate

Sit and listen to a neutral sound like an air conditioner or fan for 10 minutes

TIP: NO ONE IS A GOOD MEDITATOR. Just choose to sit still and don't stress if thoughts come up. That's part of being human.



6:50: Set Goals

Set intentions & non-negotiables for the day

What is the most important thing I need to do today?

How will I be spending my time today?

Who do I want to be today?


7:00: Move & Light

Walk outside, on a walking pad (if it's too cold, dark or wet - this walking pad changed my life) or workout

Phone can now make its first appearance of the day! Listen to a podcast or something that inspires you.


7:30: Smoothie!

Blend up an easy, delicious hormone balancing breakfast smoothie! This is my fave part of the routine. These make me look and feel AMAZE, fast.

7:45: Do the hard sh*t

Go do the most important thing or the sh*t you’ve been avoiding


8:00: SLAY YOUR DAY
