7 年Because of the micro-chip. Automated systems, AI, Predictive Analysis and other technology advances are rendering most sales jobs unnecessary. B-B sales reps who will remain are Top Producers who know how to collaborate with prospects and customers. These Top Producers will be supported by those average representatives who have skills in defined areas like data input, customer service, appointment setting, etc. and will serve the Top Producers so they can concentrate on what they do best.
