In doing some client research today, I was reading about these various new millennial focused company's reinventing how consumers buy in several categories. There's Warby Parker in the eyeglass category, Casper in the mattress category, and this week Away launched, aimed to disrupt the luggage market. And then of course there is Uber and Airbnb. In the end, these disruptors are bringing the cost down significantly on high cost or luxury items products and services. So what's next? Televisions (this is already happening), appliances, - what?
I'd love to hear from my friends and colleagues.
