A millennial podcast about creating space.
Happy New Year! It's been a while since I published a newsletter. And to be quite honest? I'm glad I deprioritized writing during an extremely busy Q4.
There was a stretch from October through mid November where I delivered big presentations inside and outside of work seven weeks in a row. Then there was holiday travel, wedding planning, and the emotional weight that came with both.
Now add in building a private membership community, coaching my 1-on-1 clients, training for the 2024 track and field campaign, and working to get a podcast ready for a Jan 15th launch! ????
Q4 had me doing burpees through life. It prompted me to ruthlessly prioritize and eventually take a few nonessential projects off my plate, which created space to plan for and get ahead of a year that looks to be even more busy. That included recording episodes for my new audio/video podcast, Find More Balance!
Much like this newsletter, the podcast is about creating space to show up in four dimensions:
