The teacher is one of the most needed gifts needed in the Kingdom of God. There is a clear distinction between the gift and the office. For today we will give what the Holy Spirit has given me to share. The gift of teaching deals a lot with understanding. If a person does not understand it is hard for them to apply what they learned. No application no transformation. Further, this gift has the ability to make complex information simple to understand. The office of the teacher deals with the duties of the position. As scripture states, the teacher is held to a higher level of scrutiny and standard due to their responsibilities. The position deals with the mind of God. You will see many teachers deal with false doctrines and dysfunction. From a marketplace perspective doctrines can be worldly products and services that go against the word of God. The teacher's job is to eliminate all dysfunctional paradigms systems cultures and ways of thinking by teaching the word of God. This teacher will have the mind of Christ and the spirit of God on the inside of them. The teacher walks in and speaks the truth of God's word in season and out of season. They are the living word of God. From a marketplace perspective, many teachers by the unction of the Holy Spirit will create products and services that will specialize in dysfunction prevention. Their ideas will present layers of knowledge that are able to take down all falsehoods religious systems and false altars and False doctrines.

What the enemy would love to do with the teacher is to overwhelm their life. He loves to put them into positions of compromise. That will require them to make rash decisions. He will have the teacher on an emotional battlefield where logic will not be able to justify what is happening in their lives. To combat this attack the teacher will need to be sound in emotional intelligence. I foresee many teachers being attacked in their minds to the point of being put into mental institutions. What the teacher carries is solutions that will resolve battles that are happening in the mind. So it makes sense for the enemy to attack them. Teacher have faith God is with you.

When the vision is cast by either the Apostle or the Pastor. It is the teacher's job with the help of the other leaders to come up with the curriculum and the step-by-step instructions needed to implement the vision. It is the same when it comes to the prophet who will deliver the prophetic word of God. The teacher should be an integral part of its implementation for the people of God. Remember they deal with the mind's understanding and application of the vision scriptures and goals of the ministry.

Prophetic Forecast: I foresee a reawakening of teachers that will come within the body of Christ. This remnant of teachers will be able to teach and defend the gospel in its entirety. I see them on the street with the evangelist helping to dissect the word of God. They will get into heated debates with other religions about the scriptures. In the marketplace, these teachers will be able to defend their creations manuscripts, and other services. In business, it is vital to hire these teachers because they can transform your training and development departments and increase production and returns by creating curriculums of understanding
