Milestones

9 years ago today marks an important milestone in my stay in Angola. It was the day the Kero Morro Bento hypermarket opened. A journey of preparation full of challenges, of dedicated colleagues, of teams that transformed from groups of employees to real focused teams.

At the same time, 10 years have passed since I first landed on Angolan soil. These are two important milestones and they mark my career indelibly, teaching us things as simple as the ability to adapt to constantly changing realities, to highly complex and volatile political and socio-economic contexts.

Having the privilege of living in Africa, of being able to contribute to the development of African countries and, above all and especially, to the development of the teams I have worked with is an experience of a lifetime!
