Milestones and new benchmarks: these are our top 5 highlights from 2024

2024 was a year full of progress and innovations for coapp - always with the aim of connecting communities even better, making the user experience even more intuitive and offering you even more opportunities to fully exploit your economic potential. We have given our all to further develop our platform - and here are our five highlights of the year, carefully selected from numerous milestones.

1. The event feature update: more reach, more sales

Last year, we were able to attend numerous fantastic events such as ZukunftCoworking in Cologne, Slush in Finland and Unleash by hannoverimpuls, which not only provided us with new contacts and input, but also showed us once again the added value of events: The personal exchange on topics close to our hearts always helps us to progress both personally and professionally.

Events have also been given a completely new status at coapp so that you can offer your community even more:

• Make it public: Reach a wider audience through public events and bring your community into contact with people who are not yet members.

• Flexible event editor: Event pages can now be customized - with images, texts and more.
• Sell tickets: From the turn of the year, you can also create paid events with coapp. Billing is automatic, so you can concentrate fully on your event.

Our new event feature combines virality and professionalism. Your events, your style, your audience - all in one place.

2. The coapp app for iOS & Android - all the benefits on the go

Many community managers and users have been waiting for it, and this year it finally happened: we brought coapp to smartphones - for quick access to all Features on the go, from events to communication.

• Push notifications: Your community always stays up to date - whether it's direct messages, events or new posts, everyone stays informed and can participate in conversations more easily.
• White label option: Perfect for design and branding-savvy brands that want to offer their own native app in the stores - with your logo, your colors and no development effort. This allows you to take your community to the next level and create a customized app experience.

3. Matchmaking - New connections with great potential

With our brand new matchmaking feature, you can easily make new relevant contacts in your community. Where community managers used to invest a lot of time and effort in making contacts manually, coapp now supports you in making relationships smarter:

• Automated suggestions: Based on profile data, matching connections are displayed who complement each other professionally or technically.
• Match rate: A percentage immediately shows how well another profile matches you.
• Intuitive interface: Easy to use, maximum effectiveness.

4. The page update: collaboration redefined

Our community pages have had a major upgrade - and we are thrilled to see how the new design is being used. The idea was to make it even easier to share knowledge and information and to make projects and resources visible more quickly. We've also gone one better visually:

• Flexible layout construction kit: Text, image galleries, videos or all of the above - your pages are now as individual as your community.
• New page feed: Posts, comments, reactions - everything is now centralized in one place.
• "Join" function: Make pages accessible to everyone, by invitation only or on request. You decide how interactive your community becomes!

5. 2.5 million € - The milestone in payment processing

A proud moment for us: coapp has so far processed more than 2.5 million euros in payments for communities. Of course, our work is not just about the money, but this success shows us how much the platform has grown as a hub for bookings and payments. The fact that you derive added value from our work is the greatest thing for us! ?? Whether brands, networks or companies - we are delighted that so many organizations rely on coapp to exploit their economic potential.

2024 has impressively demonstrated what a community-driven business can achieve - and this is just the beginning.
