Milestones!

Milestones!

Can you believe that this week is the 200th episode of Behind the Facade?

When I started the podcast as a lockdown project, I don’t think I’d given it much thought beyond something to do whilst Covid was stopping us doing much.

I’ve learned some really big lessons over the last 4 years, and I’ve made so many friends and connections. I don’t think I’ll ever get used to being stopped on the street by people who want to introduce themselves – it’ll never get old!

I’ve had some amazing guests on the show and I want to thank everyone who’s given their time and knowledge – some of the insights they’ve shared have been invaluable.

And most of all, I want to say thankyou to all my listeners, I love meeting you, getting your questions and feedback, and getting to know you all.

Here’s to the next 200!

On the Blog: My 5 most memorable deals

When you’ve been working in property for as long as I have, it can be quite easy to lose track of the number of deals you’ve worked on. Large, small, or somewhere in between, there are a few that are bound to slip your mind.

However, as with everything in life, there are some deals that I’ll never forget. They’ve helped to shape who I am today, and taught me things it’s essential to know if you’re going to have any kind of career in real estate.

Become RESOURCEFUL in Real Estate

In this video I take a deep dive into the habits and behaviours of a successful investor, with a particular focus on the all important difference between having resources versus being resourceful.? We also take a look at how and why we should brainstorm along with who we should try to brainstorm with.? I do hope you enjoy!

Do you feel you know a lot about investing? Or do you feel you may still have a lot to learn? A simple way to find out is to take The Property Investor Readiness Quiz.

In it you’ll be asked to answer 23 questions, taking no more than 4-5 mins, to assess you on your knowledge, your mindset and your resources. At the end of the quiz, you’ll receive an email with a personalised report providing insight and suggestions.

The benefit of testing yourself like this is to get an objective assessment of how you rank as an investor and providing you with links to useful resources – try it below!
