Milestone Promotions for Deloitte's Tax Team in the Channel Islands
德勤 ’s Channel Islands’ tax team is a fast growing group of individuals helping a range of clients with tax returns, reporting and advice.?We recruit graduates and school leavers every year and are always keen to welcome students to join our work experience programmes in the summer. We enjoy working with clients based in the islands but we also work closely with our UK based Financial Institutions tax team on UK and global projects, providing our people with opportunities to broaden their tax capabilities and their network within Deloitte.
We always take huge pride when we see team members progress and this year we are delighted to congratulate a number of people who have achieved milestone promotions.
In Guernsey, Adam Nadolski was promoted to Associate Director and Viviane Kamworth, ACCA to Manager.
Adam started out in our?audit practice?and transferred into the tax team in 2021.? He now focuses on corporate tax reporting and tax advisory work for clients, especially in the private equity sector. He is responsible for organising professional training across the Guernsey office.
Viv also began in our?audit practice and moved?over to the tax team in 2023. Utilising her transferable skills from audit, she focuses on compliance and advisory clients in the financial services industry both in local and international jurisdictions. She is also responsible for the running of the Guernsey Netball Association sponsorship, going into its third year.
Shay Neal is studying for his?ACCA accountancy exams and was promoted to Consultant.
In Jersey, Rupert Lee was promoted to Director and Christopher Allo to Associate Director.
Rupert joined the Jersey tax team as an Associate Director in 2019 and has 13 years of tax experience working in Jersey and London. Rupert leads an array of corporate tax compliance, tax advisory and M&A engagements for financial services, local and multinational clients.?
Chris joined the Jersey tax team as a graduate in 2016, and now has eight years of experience working in Jersey taxation. He is focused on local tax reporting for individuals and businesses, as well as other Jersey tax matters, serving both domestic and international clients across a variety of industries and geographies.
Caitlin Kavanagh is studying for her ACCA accountancy?exams and was promoted to Consultant.
