Milestone in Medical Excellence: Certificate Giving Ceremony at TMC & RCH

TMSS Medical College & Rafatullah Community Hospital (TMC & RCH) continues to lead the way in advancing healthcare in North Bengal, Bangladesh. On December 1, 2024, we marked a significant achievement with the Certificate Giving Ceremony for the successful implementation of the ISO 15189:2020 Quality Management System at the state-of-the-art Bio Molecular Lab (DNA Sequence Lab), located at the TMC & RCH Cancer Center in Bogura.

This milestone represents a major leap forward in ensuring globally recognized standards in medical diagnostics and quality assurance. The implementation was carried out with the technical guidance and support of MyHealth Omics, Australia, and Xing Holdings, a biotechnology company led by oncologist and researcher Dr. Paul Mainwaring.

Over the last four years, these organizations have been instrumental in training the talented members of the TMSS Bio Molecular Lab in advanced cancer molecular diagnostics. This collaboration has significantly enhanced our capabilities in cutting-edge medical research and diagnostics, cementing TMSS’s role as a pioneer in modern healthcare services in the region. Specially for the last two years, Xing Holdings has continued to deliver specialized training focused on advanced molecular diagnostics. This ongoing collaboration has strengthened the capabilities of TMSS Bio Molecular Lab, positioning it as a leader in cancer diagnostics in Bangladesh.

The Certificate Giving Ceremony, held on the 2nd Floor of TMC & RCH, was a moment of pride and celebration.
