Laboratory Scientific Director of Clinical Chemistry, Sentara Healthcare
Dr. Brad Poore received his PhD from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and completed a COMACC clinical chemistry fellowship at Dartmouth Hitchcock School of Medicine. He is a board-certified clinical chemist and is the scientific director for clinical chemistry at Sentara Healthcare.

Steven has held several key roles focused on business development and sales for companies like LabCorp, PhenoPath, United States Drug Testing Laboratories, and is currently the Senior Account Executive for the Eastern Region at ARUP Laboratories

Mike Korbe as President, Director and Chair of the Nominating committee provided leadership to the Tidewater CLMA Chapter. He was instrumental in our chapter’s incorporation, revision of chapter bylaws and development of articles of incorporation. In honor of Mike, and in recognition of his devotion to the education and advancement of Laboratory Professionals, the Tidewater Chapter of CLMA/ASCP dedicates this lectureship to him.
