One important factor is WHEN in your cycle are they occurring. This can help to identify if it is linked to a specific hormone (like progesterone for example).


Also, the frequency/intensity paired with your lifestyle habits can shed light on what might be causing it in the first place (does it happen when you don’t eat, or when you eat a particular food).


Here are just a few common connections:


do you get them right before your period? It might be linked to low progesterone.

do you get them in the afternoon? This can be linked to high stress & blood sugar imbalance.

do you struggle with migraines & belly issues? Then it’s time to identify your inflammatory for your foods.


When you know this you can be STRATEGIC in using nutrition to support.
