Mighty, My Tea

Good morning to all! We all heard the phrase “my way or the highway”! As a consistent approach, these words signify arrogance and inflexibility! ? ? ?

Today I am going to coin another phrase on similar lines, but a personal one: “Mighty, my tea!”. Nonetheless, I am too am quite inflexible about my cup(s) of tea as I am almost addicted to the brew!

The first cup of tea early in the morning makes me feel mighty and invincible! The aroma drifting through the nostrils, the warmth gliding down the throat, the taste buds tingling on the tongue, ears shut from the humdrum of the world- all these make for a heavenly experience! Thereafter, throughout the day I drink tea to my heart’s content, I don’t have the habit of keeping count of the number of cups that I consume! ? ? ? ?

My ancestors hail from undivided Assam, which has always been a formidable tea producer of global acclaim! I have seen tea gardens from close quarters, and to me they are comparable to the gardens of heaven, which I have not seen but have a faint knowledge about from folklore!? ? ? ? ?

Coming back to the phrase of today, “Mighty, My Tea”, I thank the kind Almighty for granting me All My Tea! ? Have a great day ahead!
