Will You Please Join and Support Daily Creation?

The basic idea: Yesterday on LinkedIn, I launched #dailycreation by posting a photograph of an artwork I created that morning with the message:

Will you join me in sharing a daily creation? It can be a photograph (like this one), poem, song, sketch, flower arrangement, walk of the day image, or anything else that fills your soul and uplifts others. If you use the hashtag #dailycreation I will share a wide assortment of what we create together.

My goal is to help people find a simple, highly positive way to inject gratitude and uplifting energy into our world.

A bit more background: What happens during the coming months will not only redefine how our society operates, but could also redefine your own life and career. How you react to the shifts in our society may well alter the path of your life. These days will demand empathy, resourcefulness, tenacity and creativity.

DailyCreation nudges each of us in a proactive and positive direction. Here are some of the countless ways you could participate by sharing:

• A photograph you take each day of something beautiful, inspiring or touching
• A drawing or painting you create
• A moment from your workout or walk
• A visual image that shows what you accomplished at work that day
• An idea you created about a new product or service
• A snowman or sand castle you built
• Someone you wish to honor or praise
• A song, poem or story you created
• A video you wish to share

I have just two requests. The first is that you actually share your creation on the day you create it; this is to encourage each of us to take the initiative and actually create something new. The second is that you include the hashtag #dailycreation so that I can find as many creations as possible and help share the best of them.
