Somehow, we’re six months into 2024... where did the time go? Between onboarding new clients, attending conferences, and building our team at Fractional Law Firm CMO , the first half of the year has flown by. Here are a few of the highlights from January to June:?
We are thrilled for these successes! Thank you to our clients, colleagues, and friends of FLFCMO who have supported the idea of a legal marketing agency for small and mid-size law firms.??
We wanted to take the opportunity to reflect as we enter Q3 and our 18th month in business.?
What’s been great??
The theme of 2024 has been scaling FLFCMO. We’ve expanded our team to six with the addition of a Social Media Manager, Director of Operations, and another business development professional soon to come. Building a team environment has helped us function better, expand our services, and bring new ideas that will ultimately enhance the client and company experience.??
What’s been challenging???
Rapid growth has propelled us to reorganize our IT infrastructure and security, adopt a 401K plan, offer healthcare benefits, etc. These are all great things that need to be done, but they also take time and effort we weren't necessarily planning on expending so soon into the journey. It’s well worth the extra work, though, as we turn to better structuring our company policies and procedures.??
Favorite project(s)??
Onboarding new clients! Every client is different and has their own story. It’s fun to work with law firms and lawyers across the spectrum. Personal injury, insurance coverage counsel, corporate transactions, criminal defense... it makes the days fly by!??
What’s next??
We are working on some exciting initiatives! Expanded services are coming soon, and we can't wait to share what we have planned. Stay tuned.??
What should lawyers and legal marketers focus on during the last half of the year??
Conference season is coming. Lawyers should have their fall plans lined up with networking and speaking engagements. Legal marketers can help them research, brainstorm opportunities, and build a compelling speaker pitch. And Q3-Q4 is the perfect time of year to check in with clients to gain feedback and insights. Legal marketers can help lawyers craft feedback questions and strategize on how to approach clients best.?
